OUR RETURNS POLICY
7 DAYS RETURN WARRANTY
To all of our customer, you would get 7 days returns warranty. If you receive faulty goods, you may also have a right to return these goods: defective merchandise including stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn fabric, poor quality material, obvious color difference to photos, and major difference between the photographed product. And to ask us to repair or replace them or get a refund within 7 days from the day you received your package.
☆ Please note that :
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused with the original labels still attached.
- Pierced jewellery cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons, unless in a sealed and unopened packet.
- Swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal has not been removed.
- Accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Shoes must be tried on indoors.
- The Return/exchange Policy excludes perceived quality, fabric, color aberration issues caused by personal or subjective judgment & size issues caused by personal neglect since we have indicated the size,color and fabric on our page.
Where we suspect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to circumstances where there are suspicious claims relating to orders having been placed, but not received, or if we suspect that you are returning items after they have been used or worn, or items returned do not match what you ordered, we reserve the right to withhold refunds and block your account (and any associated accounts) from placing orders in future. If this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, you can Contact Us and we will discuss the matter with you further.
All returns are quality checked – items should be returned in a new and unused condition with labels attached and wherever possible sent back in the original packaging. Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy.

We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition. So that we can get this fixed for you.
To help us get this fixed for you ASAP, when you first contact us please include the following information;
- Your name
- Order number
- Product name
- Picture of the fault
- Description of the fault (The product name and code can be found on your order confirmation email).
Once we have received your information we will reply to you within 2 working days.
If you paid for your order with a gift card, store coupon or a voucher, a replacement to the value of the refund will be issued.
We’ll be sure to keep you updated and send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and again when we have processed your refund.
II .RETURNS POLICY
You can return items within 7 days after delivery. We have a friendly customer service team who are here to serve you. All you need to do is contacting us via email describe your problem refer to the RETURN PROCESS.
We are responsible for the following defects returned within 7 days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn fabric, poor quality material, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received.
For the below circumstances, we don't accept a refund request without return. But we can offer a 10%-20% coupon on next order.
Don't like the item;
- Not fit as expected without any quality problem;
- Shipping status shows delivered but not received;
Differences/misunderstanding (on products/fabric) but has already claimed in our description/title;
- Placed a wrong order mistakenly and shipped.
- No exchange or return or amendments on promotional items or last chance items.
☆ Please tell us the tracking number after you have returned an item.

III . EXCHANGE
Unfortunately we don't offer an exchange facility. Simply return your item(s) and reorder for a replacement. Your refund will be processed once we've received your unwanted items.
IV. RETURNS SHIPPING FEES
Rosyshe will not be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return the item(s).
V. CANCELLING ORDER
We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order have already been shipped, otherwise, you will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. ( Normally, you will receive the refund within 3 working days ).
There are a couple of other ways to cancel your order with us. You’ll find these alternative methods below:
