  • We offer Free Shipping for all U.S.  Australia, The United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, France, Spain, Italy Orders over $89

          Shipping Fee: $9.99 ( if orders value < $89)

  • Please allow 3-5 working days for processing boutique orders.( Order of shoes needs 5-10 working days for processing
  • Order processing times are slightly longer during sale events and holidays.

To Rest of World:Shipping Fee $39.99

We are processing orders in a manner that insures safety for all parties involved, and shipping companies are also experiencing delays, including USPS, our primary shipping agency. INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure that the address provided at checkout is your correct address. It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address for your order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Rosyshe will not refund your order or offer a replacement.


DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you haven't received your package or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please let us know.
We will assist you in working with the shipping carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete.
Rosyshe does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
